"The room was dirty, the coffee machine wasnt useable because it was filthy. There was no ice in any floor available. It smelled like weed and im here pregnant having to smell that. Would appreciate to have some refund back. This is the worst hotel i ever went too. Even the hallway was nasty and garbage all over. Receptionist was unprofessional. He kept asking me where and what street i lived. He creeped me out. "

"It was very welcoming...the staff made sure I enjoyed my stay.... they kept it very clean and smelling good! The staff was so accommodating whatever I asked for was done...the rooms were clean and warm"

"Fire alarm blaring before 7 am made us evacuate into the freezing cold and would not give discount or anything for the inconvenience "

"I was very optimistic upon entering it was nice and clean at the check in counter. Then I’m told the elevator button on the first floor didn’t work, only to come down. Ok we’ll make it work I thought. So first room we checked in to had dirty towels hanging behind the door, no hand soap and the ac wasn’t working. Ok no biggie right? Went downstairs they got me another. Had a late night so when we got back and climbed the 3 small flights of stairs to shift to the 4th floor I was sure it would be ok! The staff was respective and said they’d do a walk through to verify but again dirty towels and no hand soap. At this point it was 12am, so I just gave up and got out of there by 4am. Thankfully what did go smoothly was the shuttle to the airport! Shout out to Carl! "

"Check in took awhile due to the desk girl chatting away with her other co workers not caring about the line building up. Pool was filthy room AC didnt work and trash was behind the couch. There was NO GRAB AND GO breakfast that we were told will be. The general manager claimed he would refund me half of my stay for the inconvenience yet im still waiting 2 weeks later. He is dodging my calls and hotel . Com calls. I will be contacting marriott about my issues and the better business buera. There are plenty of properties in the area skip this one at all cost. "
