"The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a full hot meal with a good variety. Bed was very comfortable and room was pretty quiet."

"Upon arrival ask about ice-only in room and would have to wait at least an hour but there were small bags of ice in there freezers which weren’t offered, until I asked. Recent surgery so needed ice. Requested to have a 1 hour late check-out but weren’t told there would be an extra charge. Free water was never offered upon checking but we saw the sign upon checkout, ask the hotel clerk for water and were told no, it was for guests checking in? The clerk just ignored us when I said we weren’t offered water upon check-in. For a 20 cent bottle of water. Never again never recommend!"
