Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!

This hotel is conveniently located on a number of bus routes from the Central City, in about 25 minutes from the airport on the Q bus. Off the room was clean and comfortable. Well, there is no receptionist, someone came promptly to help us at the door, and was kind enough to offer us to leave our bag in the room until a late afternoon flight.

Perfect

We had a great time at the Reno. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern. You can’t ask for anything better.

Comfortable, lovely small hotel with easy parking and air conditioning. Although we were on the first floor, the room was quiet so we slept well. We were able to walk into the city center in less than 10 minutes. Nice, helpful woman running the facility. Very easy check-in at our own convenience. Highly recommended.

Benedetta was fantastic! She was so kind and available for all of her guests. You can tell she truly cares! The rooms and lobby were beautiful and it was in a great location. 10/10. I wish I could live there.

The food was exceptional. We ate dinner all three days in hotel, and each meal was delicious. The staff was friendly and so nice; they went out of their way to help us as needed. I hope to come back and stay again.

All ok

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Central Room. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is fantastic—just outside the city center and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The check-in procedure is very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout our stay. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to enter, park our car, and leave our suitcases in the room, which made our arrival much more...

Very helpful communication

The location is perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Bologna, walking distance to just about everything you would want to see and do. Historical sites, numerous restaurants and pubs, shopping. But it's off a quiet side street so the downtown noise never reaches you. The room was really nice and larger than we expected. Now for the hosts. Christina's son, Nicola, extended a level of service was above and beyond what we could ever have expected. Greeting us with a smile (every time!). He...

The room was excellent, very clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The check in is automated, I was sent an email with directions and a code to enter the building, and room, however I had a hard time understanding how to use the code but the staff was available and helped me get into my room. The only drawback is the location, its in what appears to be an older apartment building. There is no private parking but we were able to find a parking space in the street...
