Staff was very helpful to print out our boarding passes and call us a taxi to the airport but the hotel/room was very dated. they are renovating so this may improve.

"Very good and helped us when we had problems with BA cancelled our flights to Pisa and we ended up in Bologna with just passports and no luggage. Supported while we collected luggage 24 hours later. Would highly recommend"
