Casa Roxane welcomes you to Calangianus, Sardinia, in a modern 40 m² villa ideal for up to 4 guests. The property features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom equipped with a sink and WC/bidet, walk-in closet, and air conditioning. One bathroom also has a shower, shared between both rooms—perfect for families or couples. One bedroom includes a small fridge. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, step-free access, and interiors without stairs. Pool towels are provided.
Outside, relax on your private open terrace and enjoy the garden and shared outdoor pool. Pool and barbecue area are available from May 1st to October 30th, with possible limitations depending on the season.
