Experiencia Diego de Almagro Express Calama

Una vez que llegamos al hotel, los dormitorios estaban sucios. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación, la cual estaba más sucia. El personal del restaurant no son muy amables. Rescato la cordialidad de Cristian en recepción, quien ayudó en todos los problemas que tuvimos.

Lugar limpio, detalle las toallas viejas y desilachadas. El valor de la habitación es mas cara de lo que ustedes publican y si bien tiene restoran, cuando llegue (19 hrs.) estuvo cerrado.

calidad de instalaciones y servicios de muy buen nivel. lo unico lamentable es el estrecho y poca cantidad de estacionamientos dentro del mismo hotel.

Conocí Calama

Mi experiencia en mi visita a la ciudad de Calama fue muy buena, por el hecho de haberme alojado en este Hotel. Tuve que ir a esa ciudad, para operarme en centro Oftalmologico, el haberme alojado su Hotel me dió mucha tranquilidad y seguridad por sus Hbitaciones con una excelente calefacción!!

o se respeta protocolo COVID-19 ni la ley Chilena

Lo terrible fue ver al conserje sin mascarilla bucal salpicando su saliva sobre las llaves de habitación y los documentos que entregaba a clientes, cuando lo advertí el se molesto. Es insólito, por decir lo menos, no cumplir con el protocolo COVID-19, en donde en Chile es penado por la ley el no uso de mascarilla protectora. Y la pésima actitud del conserje, eso es imperdonable.

Buen Hotel pero la tencion debe mejorar

Buen Hotel, estacionamientos muy pequeños para vehiculos mayores. Respecto al desayuno tengo mis reparos, no hay frutas y uno especialmente critico es la atencion del personal. No es la adecuada, no hay respeto en relacion al horario señalado. Si ud llega cerca del cierre del horario ( media hora antes), la atencion es pesima , y le indican que tienen que cerrar. Eso no es correcto para uno como pasajero. es un aspecto a mejorar.

Quartos enormes, estacionamento gratuito e sem necessidade de reserva, próximo ao aeroporto e centro de Calama. Ponto negativo: não ter café da manhã incluído quando reservado pelo Hotéis.com.
