It has an air-conditioning unit in the living room and ceiling fans on both the bedrooms.The flat has two private terraces: the first one is on the same level as the flat, while the second one is up the private staircase from the first terrace. This upper terrace is ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy, and has panoramic views of the village of Calafell and the mountains. This flat has a parking space in the community's underground car park, as well as a lift. And for the little ones, the Calafell aventura amusement park is just a 1 minute walk away!An ideal flat to enjoy your family holidays.
