We was denied accommodation when we arrived Bv standard EXECUTIVE Hotel on Friday 28, February 2020, the hotel claimed that the money that Expedia collected from us did not get to them. I am demanding for a refund of the money Expedia collected from me for the 3 nights I booked and paid for.
The embarrassment was much and I to make alternative arrangement for our accommodation in another facility in calabar.
