"The villa is beautifully presented throughout, very modern and clean, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious and well equipped. Pool was lovely, and definitely needed during our stay. All rooms had AC and WiFi worked perfectly. Short walk into the town so easy to access some great bars and restaurants. Beach just at the end of the road so great location. Supermarkets nearby so a car not a necessity for us, we used the excellent bus service to get around as needed."

Airconditioning in the bedrooms and sitting room was a lovely relief from the hot weather! At first we thought having the second bathroom outside wouldn’t work for us but actually we mostly showered there to wash all the sand off! "Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war. "

"Overall, the hotel is very good and ideally located right next to the beach. However, our room was on the first floor, directly above the restaurant, and we could hear music from downstairs starting as early as 7:00 a.m., which was a little disturbing, especially in the morning."

It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. "We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"

The location is excellent for a short walk to the port with its shops, bars and restaurants. There is a nice pool and a well stocked bar at the hotel. We will be back!"
