「Wir waren zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Essen und der Service waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die große Differenz in den Superior plus Zimmer Zimmern im Neubau. Wir hatten ein recht großes Zimmer und ein sehr kleines mit nur einem Waschbecken und sehr kleinem Bad.」

「Für den Check In ist die Besitzerin sogar persönlich erschienen. Das Apartment war sauber und ich durfte sogar länger drin bleiben als ausgeschrieben. Check Out kontaktlos. Alles in allem für mich im Dezember eine super Unterkunft.」

「Absolutely terrible. Rubbish customer service, nobody available on arrival waited 2 hours for them to be able to find our booking at midnight. Had the room less than 8 hours due to this hiccup and wouldn’t let us upgrade a couple of extra hours. Old fashioned, dirty shower/toilet, cockroaches and uncleanliness! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!」

「We just returned from a week-long stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, very clean, come equipped with great air conditioning, and feature beautiful balconies with a wonderful view of the pool and trees. The location is exceptionally convenient and close to absolutely everything. Most importantly, the staff were so lovely and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!」

「Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön. Die Pools nicht riesig, aber es gab immer genügend Liegen. Das Essen ist die meiste Zeit überragend (das Galadinner war besonders toll) und das Personal ausnahmslos supernett und hilfsbereit. Fast immer gab es zum Essen einen Tisch auf einer der Terrassen. Unser Zimmer war schön und insgesamt haben wir uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.」

「Hallo zusammen, das Hotel ist sauber und für einen Strandurlaub völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich und bemüht. Lediglich eine Person an der Rezeption wirkte auf mich etwas unfreundlich. Davon abgesehen waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Insgesamt hatte ich eine schöne Zeit und würde wiederkommen, wenn der Preis stimmt.」

「The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay.」

「Op zich een mooi hotel. Het ligt rustig en op wandelafstand van de haven. Voor mij persoonlijk was het grootste minpunt dat er weinig tot geen zandstrand is. Je kunt wel zonnen tussen de rotsen of aan het zwembad van het hotel, al is dat niet zo groot. Toch is het zeker in orde. Het personeel van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn mooi. Wij hadden eentje bed een groot bubbelbad was leuk. Wel zijn ze niet zo geluids dicht. Nadelig dus. Wij hadden een huurauto. Daarbij...

「awsome stay! beautiful facility, helpful and friendly staff, clean room and well maintained facility, great restaurant options on the premice. The only thing is they charge 100 euros erery two hours for a late checkout. Since we paid 800 euros a night, two hour late checkout could have been part of service I felt but a difference in opinion, and they have the right to charge customers!」

「This hotel is a true hidden gem. Friendly and welcoming staff and a fabulous room, we had a balcony which gave beautiful views of the castle and hills in the distance. Clean and well maintained, with great facilities. Relaxed atmosphere with an amazing chapel bar. The pool is perfect with plenty of cabanas. Easy walk into the town square for restaurants, although the hotel restaurant is a must. Plenty of parking and we will definitely be returning.」
