"This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. Riverside Retreat: Spacious 5-Bedroom Getaway in Bullhead City!

"First and foremost our family had an amazing vacation and that was our ultimate goal. The house itself is definitely outdated but served its purpose. The home has so much potential but unfortunately the housekeeping company is subpar. We found stains on sheets, left over eyelashes on the floor, the stove was dirty as well as the fridge, we even had a couple cockroach friends that paid us a visit. The previous guests left numerous bags of trash on the side of the house that critters got into. I’m just being completely transparent on our stay but honestly if you aren’t super OCD and can over look the minor details our families and kids lived their best life while we were there!!!"

"Just an amazing time away from home. The property is located on a nice part of the river just far enough from the casinos so you can enjoy taking your boat out without the headache of all the pec watercraft flying everywhere. House was extremely tidy and well kept. Hosts were very responsive as far as communication and check in procedures. I would recommend this spot to anyone who’s thinking of visiting bullhead. Thanks again!"

"The bullhead bend home was very cute and welcoming, the master room with the king bed did not have a TV nor did the other room with the queen bed, the bunk bed room for the kids did have a little tv which made it convenient for the kids. The gate outside isn’t very sturdy if you have kids/dogs that like to grab the gate or lean on it, it will pop open. So be careful! Communication with the home owners was very easy and reliable. The place had a musky smell, but it is pet friendly..and we appreciate that as pet owners and we are very understanding of accidents. Overall it was a great stay! 8/10 recommend. "

"The house had plenty of room for our group of 10 to stay! Great location on the river! Quiet, private, and great views. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. The biggest con was that the house was not very clean. The bathtubs each had 5-10 dead bugs inside. Woke up the first morning to ants in the living room. Cobwebs throughout the house, spiders, a couple cockroaches, and a lot of dead bugs/ dirt behind and underneath furniture. Another con was that the house is not baby/ toddler friendly at all and we had 2 toddlers with us. Lots of breakable decorations throughout the house that are easy for little ones to get into. Also, the baby gate that was provided was so old that it wasn’t sturdy enough to keep the toddlers safe from the stairs. So we ended up buying our own. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The price, location, and size of the house, outweighed any negatives for us and we would stay again! "
