"This place is amazing—very new, clean, and beautifully furnished. The owners are incredibly welcoming and generous. We requested early check-in and late check-out, and they not only accommodated us but also upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, markets, and just a 20-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace. Beautiful city and beautiful people!"

"Amazing hotel. Unpretentious yet great in everything it offers - from its physical appearance, bright and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, location, the main floor reception hallway, the restaurants, and the attitude of the staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to my friends and family. "

"Fabulous view of the city of Granada and sunset from our room and the terrace bar. Staff were welcoming, helpful and very responsive. Stunning lobby and beautiful rooms. Wonderful location that was an easy walk to the Alhambra. A nice walk to downtown, although it is up the hill from downtown so I would classify it as easy to moderate difficulty depending on your physical condition. The restaurant was good not great which is why I rated it lower - although the view was spectacular so go for drinks at Sunset. Room was clean, AC worked, bathroom beautiful."

"Nice hotel in a great location. We initially stayed in room 204, which was large and had a great view of the Cathedral. Really good sound proofing as well. Unfortunately there was an electrical/technical problem that caused the WIFI, TV, AC/heat, and in-room phone not to work. We brought it to their attention after the first night and they moved us to a different room. We appreciated it, but definitely not convenient for a 2-night stay. Apart from this, we thought we would take advantage of the steam room and sauna, but the steam room was not working and after seeing a lot of black mold on the ceiling of this downstairs space, we definitely did not want to use the sauna as well. Again, really pretty hotel with great staff, but there are areas for improvement."

"This hotel is in a fantastic location and has the bones and decor to create a wonderful experience. Sadly, the cold and stiff staff at reception brought the experience down quite a bit. The receptionist did the bare minimum and was generally uninterested in helping us when we asked about local sites and the city tour tram. In fact, they didn't even know the name of the city tour tram company or how to get tickets despite it being directly across from the hotel. In contrast, the young lady who served breakfast in the morning was quite nice. And proactively helpful. What made things worse was that the room was very noisy /wasn't soundproof. We heard all of the noise from the street all night. In addition as many have cited there is no AC for cold air. So if you come during spring summer, or fall, make sure you're OK with absolutely no AC because there's only a heater."
