Exited airport & driver was waiting for my family of 4. Check in was very warm, kind, & friendly - immediately felt at home. ENTIRE staff (lobby to rooftop restaurant) were INCREDIBILY professional, friendly, kind, & helpful thru our 8-night stay. Had Family Room w/ 3 queen beds - exactly as shown. Clean & everything needed. Hugh bathroom, great shower, plenty hot water. A/C perfect. Very comfortable beds. Rooftop restaurant 1st night - exactly as pictured. Restaurant staff recommended off-menu platter. Reluctantly agreed – was AMAZING! Don’t be afraid to try recommendations – they really want you to enjoy their food. Personal fav was going up to rooftop every morning for breakfast (especially mint tea) & stunning view of pyramids & activity within Pyramid Complex plus watching camels go by below. If you want authentic Egyptian exp - recommend staying at Nun Pyramids. Quick walking distance to pyramids & whole Giza site is walkable. Hotel is simple - offers great value. We have VERY FOND memories of our stay. Never been to Cairo/Giza? Watch YT videos. Outside hotel, everyone will try to help/offer you something – they are friendly & actually helpful but will expect a tip. Uber drivers will ask for additional “cash” before picking you up. Avoid this, don’t book the cheapest Uber. Avoid all of this, hotel will gladly book ANY and ALL activities & tours for you – including drivers. They are your GO TO if you have any questions or want any help. Thanks again to everyone! :)

Just had a basic single room perfect for exploring the pyramids it was the staff that made it the best Noura and staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble and they helped me with booking my cars from the airport which is essential because the uber drivers are a load of chancers who take you the long way even though you booked it on the app and they demand cash even though you want it on the app. They also do tours which I didn't know I could have booked it all with them and not a worried about anything hopefully return soon thank you everybody at the inn.

This is a budget hotel, and my expectations were set accordingly. The facilities are simple, but that’s reflected in the affordable price, and overall it offers great value. I arrived very late from my flight, and after Orbitz reached out on my behalf, the hotel confirmed they offer 24-hour check-in, which I really appreciated. Dien (I believe that was his name) assisted me upon arrival and was warm, kind, and welcoming. Every receptionist I encountered during my stay was friendly and helpful. Noura deserves a special mention. She helped me immensely by arranging transportation throughout my stay and was consistently attentive and professional. She is truly an asset to the hotel. If you’re looking for a luxury or high-end experience, this may not be the right fit. However, the location and genuine hospitality from the staff more than make up for it. One of the highlights was the rooftop view of the pyramids, I woke up early to watch the sunrise overlooking them. It was absolutely surreal. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for an affordable stay with excellent service, a prime location, and unforgettable views.

Hospitality was 10/10. Room was clean and tidy , spacious enough for two but was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. It was so small we barely could move around. Food and drinks were fine 7/10. I would recommend to check the area where the hotel is situated as the place is crowded with horses and camels. It’s closer to the pyramids and the view at night from the terrace was very pleasant especially when the light show was going on.

This hotel was amazing! I am a female solo traveller from the UK and I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff here! They messaged me before my stay and helped me to book excursions before I came and I just had to pay when I arrived making it super easy to plan my whole trip! The room was clean and had everything I needed! The food and drinks in the rooftop restaurant were so tasty and the view of the pyramids was incredible! I already can’t wait to return to Egypt and stay at this hotel again in the future!

This hotel is a hidden gem that offered the perfect stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful in all possible ways. The new spa and amazing pool were a delight, waking up to a delicious breakfast and the stunning view of the pyramids was unbelievable. Everything was just perfect and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great

Hotelito agradable y bien ubicado, a pie de la entrada a las pirámides. Desayuno sencillo, una piscinita. Actualmente hay una parte en obras para agrandarlo y abrir una terraza superior con preciosa vista a las pirámides. Los camareros del restaurante muy amables, y el personal de recepción extraordinario, todos muy atentos, disponibles, profesionales y simpáticos. En un par de ocasiones, solicitamos un conductor y todo muy bien gestionado. Nos llevamos un grato recuerdo. Mi hermana y yo les estamos muy agradecidas por todo. A nice little hotel, very near by foot to the gate of the pyramids. A lot of positive aspects. My sister and I had a very nice stay, specially due to the kind, lovely staff. We are very thankful to you all !

Punto forte dell' hotel è la vista... Terrazzo con vista spettacolare sulle piramidi come da foto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, hanno accontentato ogni nostra esigenza. Pulizia e finiture ok, ma rapportato allo standard egiziano. La zona attorno all' hotel non è molto bella, meglio muoversi in taxi. Nel complesso, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

First floor is very nice with a pool. The room we stayed in on the third floor was old but still okay. The shower is very small. There was loud contruction work at 2am that kept me up at night in the buulding right next to us. The nice staff members at the front desk offered another room but the contruction work was for 1 to 2 hours so we decided to stay. Terrace wasnt as nice as in pictures and relatively dirty. The biggest regret is booking a tour of the pyramids. The main purpose was to have a driver take you all around the site for views especially the panarmic view of the 9 pyramids. Not only did we miss that, we only ended up going to maybe 1 spot then to the parking lots. At one point they dropped us off and told us to walk back to the parking lot. The hotel is close enough to the site where you dont need a tour. Wish the hotel told us that. The whole giza site is totally walkable if you like walking without any stupid camel or horse ride. These people just annoy you and ruin your experience.
