Rooms were excellent brand new bathrooms. Staff were friendly and very ready to please. Amazing views from the rooftop veranda of the pyramids.

Never found the hotel. I got a shuttle with locals guides and we never found the property. THIS IS AN SCAM. BE VERY CAREFUL.

This hotel is situated on a dirt road access which happens to be where 100-150 camels and horse buggies get into the Giza tourist ride area. In morning as of 7am-8am its was full of animals ( you know what) stank, was noisy and not possible get out easily. The room was not pleasant, staff barely serviced. Upon arrival they tried to have me pay cash, what had already been pay in advance, so they have no proper front desk or staff. I wouldnt recommend, On second late night we had a group of smokers in corridor in front of our room door that stank up the room from under the door.

I booked my room for the Great Scarab but they sent me to another location which was the Royal Scarab. I was not pleased because I booked for 4 nights and sent emails that I would be a late check in and updated on my flight delay. Just to find out they gave my prebooked room away and sent me to another property that was not managed properly and breakfast was not served. The room was full of flies not like one or two but a lot. The hallway lights was not on at night when coming back from activities. I feel like I was scammed.

l'hotel è fatiscenze e non molto pulito specialmente i letti, la stanza può andare ma minimal non ci sono supporti per mettere i vestiti, come il bagno, l'unica cosa positiva è la vista sul sito fantastico. consiglio scegliete altro
