"What a lovely surprise to have found such a wonderful hotel at an incredible price. Youstina was so kind & helpful upon check-in. I arrived a bit early and my room had just been cleaned but the Boss Lady had to check it. I was so impressed by the thoroughness of her inspection making sure every inch was clean. "Staying at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino was the highlight of my Cairo trip. Excellent and accommodating check-in, exceptionally clean room, great views of the Nile River, and hospitable staff. Ismail (desk manager) and Ramy (receptionist) provided 5-Star service, ensuring I had an easy and seamless stay. I felt very safe as this hotel provided 24/7 high-end security, and I also enjoyed breakfast and quick in-room dining. I will absolutely stay at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino again, and cannot thank Ismail, Ramy, and staff enough for ensuring I had an amazing first stay in Cairo."
