The open-plan living and dining area offers natural light and space to spend time together, with a smart TV for evenings at home. The balcony extends the living space outdoors, giving guests a place to dine and relax in the coastal setting.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of six guests. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with an indoor spa bath, and there is a second bathroom.

Guests have private use of the apartment and balcony, with access to the communal, unheated swimming pool. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, free WiFi, a washing machine and a dryer are provided. Secure garage parking is available, with additional street parking.

The apartment is on the third floor, with no lift.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
