Overall, this is a very good place to stay. (We have stayed two times and would stay again.)Location - Raggae Chill plays music during the day, and the road can be very nosy. Neither of these were an issue for us. Being a few steps from the beach, we thought the loaction was fabulous.Both bedrooms have air conditioners that worked extremely well. The beds were comfy, and there were shelving units to store our items. A nightstand on each side of the bed would be welcomed however.The living room had incredible fans. Even though there was no AC, it was still very pleasant. The smart TV was nice; however, the chairs and couch are very hard. (But who really wants to sit an watch TV much when there is so much to do.)The kitchen was very well stocked. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The hot water was plentiful!Negatives... Minor issue - The two stairs from the back bedroom need reflective tape or a permanent night light to illuminate. They are very easy to forget about at night in the dark leading to a potential hazard/fall.Major issue - The code to house does not change between guests. We stayed there twice six months apart, and it was the same each time. For the safety of the guests and property owner, this should be changed with every booking.
