Aloki Kiré 2 is a modern and functional two-story house located in Playa Chiquita, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket.
The house features two bedrooms with double beds, a mezzanine with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
It is part of a small complex with similar units, making it a convenient option for couples, small families, or groups traveling together. One well-behaved pet is welcome (additional fee applies).
Guests have private access to the house and terrace, as well as shared outdoor parking.
Please note:
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility; children must be supervised. Internet (Starlink) works well for general use but may not support large uploads. Due to the natural surroundings, you may hear animals and see occasional insects. Parties and loud music are not allowed. 1. Online Check-in:
To ensure compliance with current security regulations, online check-in through our official channel is required. Guests may be asked to provide their identification document number.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Every day from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. If the house is available, we can be flexible.
3. Consideration for Neighbors:
This property is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, guests are kindly asked to be respectful and considerate of the neighbors.
4. Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM every day.
5. Parties and Events:
Parties and events are not allowed without prior consent from the **PROPERTY MANAGER**.
6. Guest Limit:
Additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Damages and Alterations:
Damages or alterations to the property are not permitted. In the event this occurs, a report will be submitted to the corresponding authorities and the **full security deposit will be retained.
8. Pets:
Pets are allowed **ONLY with prior authorization**, and they must be included in the reservation. Additional rules may apply if pets are brought.
9. Garden Use:
Urinating in the gardens is strictly prohibited, and fires are not allowed anywhere on the property.
10. Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for safeguarding the property and all items within it.
11. Property Security:
The house must always be locked when leaving for the beach, dining out, shopping, or any other activity.
12. Energy Saving and Safety:
Guests must turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill when they are not in use.
13. Substance Use:
The use of narcotics or any substances that alter normal bodily, mental, or behavioral functions is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the **PROPERTY MANAGER** reserves the right to cancel the reservation and require the guest to leave the property immediately.
14. Lock:
In case of damage to the locks, a $150 fee will be charged for lock replacement.
15. Additional Services:
All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, tours, private chef services, etc.) must be paid at the time the service is requested.
16. Noise Restrictions:
Noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels at any time, according to residential noise regulations in Costa Rica. For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or having conversations that exceed this limit is not allowed.
17. Parking:
Parking is available for one vehicle only. Parking on the street is not allowed.
