"Interesting property, attached to an OLD castle, and another in walking distance. We did have a problem with the shower and the host was able to get it. Replaced within 48 hours, but it was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. Limited our ability to travel for one and a half days. The Internet is slow and intermittent, but we didn’t really need it other than for basic communications. The TV and streaming apps simply paused, didn’t work Consistently throughout our trip. This is a gem of a property in a quiet town but close drive to many beautiful attractions along the western Ireland coast."

"The cottage was clean and charming. It was in an excellent location overlooking country farms and the Oceanside inlet town of Kilkee and near dramatically beautiful cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. The owners Thomas and Margaret were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this place for an Irish vacation."
