「マヨン山が窓から見えたのはとても良かったです。
曇りがちな天気の中でも 、いつでもマヨン山が頂上まで見えるかを確認できました。
シャワーや洗面所の水はけが良くないのが気になりました。
3泊して最後の夜に部屋にネズミが出たのが残念です。数時間のために部屋をスイッチ、アップグレードしてもらいましたが、3日間もネズミのいる部屋にいたかと思うとぞっとします。」

「Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked.
First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.
We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast,...

「The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!」

「It's really nice like a condo. I really comfortable stay and there is the best location near the mall, bus/jeep station.
There is central of the city and a little bit busy place. If you are sensitive about sounds, there is noisy at night by loud music sometimes.」
