"What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island!...

"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even little things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. It was a great location to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The host, Loredana is the best! She was so accomadating and had the best personality! Highly recommended!"

"We had an issue with our flight and arrived a day late. Host was very helpful and understanding and arranged transfers to/from the airport. Her daughter met us for check in and went over local attractions. Apartment is very nice and in the perfect location. Would love to visit again with more time. Losing a day, made this trip way too short!"

"Wonderful stay in Cagliari. Anna was a great host welcoming us with a drink & cake. She also left fruit, Sardinian cakes, wine & beer in the apartment for us. The apartment was clean & well equipped. Amazing views from the terrace. Even in mid-April we had our breakfast on the terrace every morning. Easy to walk to all the main sites in the city & a bus ride to the beach. Anna was so helpful telling us about restaurants & bus routes etc. She even phoned a taxi company for us to arrange taxi back...

"We spent just one night here because of easy access to the airport. We found the apartment very clean and new, and Giancarlo very helpful. He picked us up at the airport and then got up extra early the next day to drive us again to catch an early flight. Even though it is a short way out of the centre of Cagliari, we were very happy to find some amazing restaurants in the area."

It's a bit away from noisy port and marina (about 20 min walk, or 5 min drive), and it's a huge advantage. Very easily accessible by car, near major highways, so no need to drive through narrow medieval streets of port area. And FREE PARKING!! with unlimited 24h access and exit. Hotel itself is impeccably clean and amazingly well decorated. Great breakfast, too. Stuff deserved special...

"This is a classic Italian hotel. 24-hour front desk (that holds your room key), nice lobby, large well-appointed room with a really nice bathroom, great breakfast buffet on the top floor (with a rooftop terrace). A similar hotel would cost five times as much in NYC!"
