Great location, older rooms but that didn’t bother me so much. The breakfast was good, cappucino was excellent. Would stay here again.

Nice spacious room & bathroom with a balcony overlooking Largo Carlo Felice. Buffet style breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Great location, with lots of bars/cafes/restaurants on the doorstep. Five minute walk from the train station.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We also booked a triple room which was supposed to have a double and single bed, but instead we got a very old style pull out couch bed with a paper thin mattress. The staff did bring in a new mattress for the couch bed, but it still wasn’t what was described or what the pictures of the room had advertised. Great location and a nice breakfast.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disappointment.

My room had no comfortable chair - difficulties in getting English programmes on complicated TV system. and I had to change rooms (where there were the same problems) in order to get wifi. Lighting was poor. Breakfast buffet was the same over five days, with a choice of hard boiled eggs (very few on offer) or hot dog style sausages ( very few on offer) as the only hot choices. There is no central lounge, so no hope of a comfortable seat in the entire hotel It is, however, very conveniently situated, and the staff (God Bless Them) do really try and help. I wouldn't go back.

Kit randen, voegen allemaal in slechte staat. Ontbijt daar in tegen was prima,

Globalmente soddisfatto.
