「A TV não funcionava, a funcionária que fez o check-in foi totalmente desatenta com o atendimento ao cliente, e o café da manhã tinha poucas opções. As tomadas também não funcionavam.」

「The hotel offers a transfer from airport to hotel and back that don’t even existe, the room smells horrible. The whole experience has terrível. The hotels structure was great, but not for a four stars hotel. 」

I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast.」

「Excellent staff. I was there on business for a week and anyone I dealt with was great. The rooms are nice and was dead quiet when in it. Food was excellent. 」

「The Art House Hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Luanda. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but fine and ensure you get your orders in early for an amazing dinner. Although a hotel, the dining area is set up more communally as it is one big square table so you can meet and chat with other guests. Rooms were clean and beds firm yet comfortable.」

「Always a pleasure to stay there from Staff professionalism at the front desk to restaurant with a keen eye for detail. I will likely stay there a third time when I go back to Luanda.」

「The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. 」
