「Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön, ein abgelegener Ort um richtig entspannen zu können, die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Appartement war sauber, es hatte alles was man brauchte und der Aussenpool war schön mit Liegen und Sonnenschirme. 」

「A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay」

「Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. 」

「This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. If we ever go back to...

「Lovely comfortable stay. Although the weather was not great, we were warm and comfortable in a lovely T2 house with modern, tasteful interior. Communication from host was excellent. Our dog loved it too. Highly recommended. 」

「We liked the atmosphere of the old house. The grounds were beautiful. The staff person was very friendly and helpful. She doesn’t speak English, but between a little Spanish on our part and sign language, it was a wonderful experience. We learned a little Portuguese! Would stay again if ever in the area.」
