「Our recent stay at the resort was truly fantastic. The reception team made our check-in and check-out process seamless and were incredibly welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our all-inclusive package, as the food and service were exceptional. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and made our stay truly memorable. 「Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff」

「Right on the main road and the windows and walls are super thin. Motorcycles racing up and down the road until 1am. We were under the restaurant and every chair that gets moved you can hear as ifd it's in your room. AC shut off in the middle of the night. The place is extremely loud. We actually left and found a different hotel for our 2nd nights stay! Could hear a baby cry for hours multiple rooms down」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.」
