This beautiful condo is located inside of Morgan Boutique Hotel & Resdiences, wich is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, 5 minutes to the Marina and tons of restaurants.
The rooftop infinity pool and terrace offer breathtaking views. GYM and our Restaurant in 4th floor: "Azulea, The Rooftop Bar & Restaurant".
Enjoy the bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious master bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower guests will find the ultimate space for resting at night and relaxing throughout the day. In addition, guests will find a large living room with a sofa, smart tv, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy home-away-from-home comforts. Four-burner stove, a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave and various kitchen utensils.

Other things to note
When you arrive at Morgan Residences, be sure to stop by the front desk (open M-F 9am-6pm Saturday 9-1pm closed Sunday) one of the staff can give you a tour of the facilities from the workout facilities, the terrace, and to the roof top pool.
ACCESS TO GUESTS:
Walk around deck. Pool and BBQ area in terrace (shower and bathroom), Gym (AC, bathroom), and our Restaurant. Parking out front (subject to availability). Road being completely paved in the near future. Oxxo is super close as well.
OTHER DETAILS TO HIGHLIGHT:
To get to the entrance of the building you have two options, climb stairs (since the building is at the foot of a hill) or, in case you prefer to avoid the stairs, it is suggested to park in front of the lobby (drive up the ramp- street on the left side of the building) and park in that area.
Inside the building we have an elevator.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ZONE:
With a great and safe location, only quick 5 min Cab ride to the downtown, nightlife, shopping, restaurants and marina (where you can take the most famous tours). Also five minutes cab ride to the beach!
Three small blocks from Oxxo (small store where you can buy what you need, essential shopping.
If you like outdoor exercise or hiking, we are also a few minutes from the famous "Cerro de la Z", which has spectacular views of the sea and the city.
HOW YOU CAN MOVE IN THE ZONE:
Moving around the area is very easy and practical, it can be by uber per around 2 dollars or 50 pesos, walking or by public transport, you can take the transportation four blocks down (Avenida de la Juventud) from the property.
