Enjoy the beautiful Beach village of Boqueron!!! – Our Caboqueron E-6, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathroom Beach townhouse offers amazing views from roof top terrace. Sleeps 8. Bedrooms have A/C units. Living area has ceiling fans.

Relax in a stress-less beach ambiance …white sandy beaches, great restaurants, music and lots of activities. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for family vacation! Caboqueron Resort includes tennis court, basketball, pool, several kids playgrounds and is walking distance to “El Poblado”.

First floor – Living area, powder room, dining area, kitchen, balcony.

Second floor – Laundry, Master bedroom w/bath; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, 2nd bathroom.

Third floor- Beach view roof top terrace ..…. Enjoy the beautiful sunset!

All kind of water sports, visit wildlife refuge (bird watching), museum, beaches and more beaches, sight seeing, Los Morrillos Lighthouse, Salt Flats and Playuela beach are a most see! Wonderful local food and seafood restaurants are walking distance from our townhouse.

Pretty Good But Not Amazing

Stayed here for six nights, and it served our needs; family of 4 adults. Let's start with the really great stuff; - The rooftop terrace has a fabulous view of the ocean. Really enjoyed starting the day up there. This one row of apartments are the highest in the complex so they have the best view. - Location is good; walkable to restaurants and Boqueron beach, and an easy drive to other area beaches (Combate, Buye, Sucia). - Property manager was attentive and had great communication. What can improve; - Place just feels dated and needs minor fixes to spruce it up. Example; paddle fan in master bedroom was way off balance and wobbled crazily, the lack of a door sweep under the main entrance allowed a pretty big gap, and the tubs were poorly repainted (reglazed?). Like I said, it works; it was OK as a beach rental. Just don't expect any "WOW" factor, except for the terrace view. Maybe it was just an expectation issue considering the price and my previous experience with rentals. Again, not bad, just not amazing.

Great stay in Boquerón

We had a fantastic time in Boquerón. The apartment was as described on the web page. The view and the sunsets from the roof toop terrace were astonishing! Contact with Maria was really good and she swiftly helped to sort out any problems. The kitchen was very well equipped, but we had problems when cooking because the fire alarm is placed right above the stove/oven and it were triggered very often when cooking. But besides from that, we really enjoyed spending a few days at this apartment.

Perfect stay

This townhouse has everything you need to have a great stay in Boquerón, master bathroom suite, laundry room, 2.5 bathrooms, pool, beautiful ocean view from roof top and it was very clean. Would definitely return!

Holiday week in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

My sister and I brought our families here as a Christmas gift to ourselves. The condo worked perfectly for our 2 families and kids ages 9-15. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was with a tub drain and Maria had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Area is nice, so much nearby, beaches, restaurants, salt flats, bioluminescent Bay, Rincón. Did a day trip to El Yunque which required a very early wake up, but was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.
