The room was very nice and clean. Great location. Staff was not friendly. Claudia seemed to be stand offish. The buffet was also disappointing.

I transferred to the Quartz Hotel after a very difficult experience at another hotel, and the difference was immediate. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was great, and the rooms were beautiful with large windows and stunning views. When I arrived, I was shaken from an earlier traumatic experience, and although I didn’t explain what had happened, one staff member sensed it and offered a hug before taking me to my room. As a woman traveling alone, that small act of compassion meant everything. The team truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the care and comfort they provided.

Breakfast is really bad vrs what you pay for the hotel, rooms are great, but breakfast doesn’t make sense

Clean room, excellent service, great quality food in restaurants. Only the Sushi restaurant food was not up to the mark even though ambience and service were great. Breakfast was good even though limited options, coffee and tea were good quality. Milk for tea/coffee and cereal was to be asked for every time, not sure why. Happy hour in the breakfast bar was great. Our room in the 5th floor had nice view but the AC plant or some generator sound nearby was loud and we had to keep the patio door closed always. Nevertheless I and my 12 year old enjoyed the hotel. We went theirs for a tournament crossing the boarder on foot; Moving around was easy and never felt unsafe. We plan to visit again and we will stay in this hotel again
