"Everything was perfect! The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and always smelled fresh. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious with a large balcony, which was a big plus. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was fixed within an hour — very quick and efficient service. "My daughter (aged 9) and I have just returned from a lovely week at Domes Lake Algarve and she is already asking when we can go back. The hotel is a great balance of big, but not too big. We were there mid-August (which I imagine will be one of the busiest weeks of the year) but always managed to find sunbeds when needed and the sand pool is a genius concept. My daughter also loved her sessions at KiEPOS (kids club) which gave me some time to relax and enjoy the spa. A great week all round. "

"This hotel is on the top floor of a shopping g mall. You enter through the mall. When the mall is closed you can walk around the empty mall… it’s kind of cool. "
