Excellent hotel. 50 steps from St Marks Square. Beautiful view of Gondola launch area from the room. Clean room. Modern amenities. A bit noisy from the gondola area in the morning. Very old furniture and living room sofa bed wouldn't close. Lots of steps and elevators to get to the room. Great location, very nice breakfast.
