This hotel is nearby to must principal touristitcs places..but Firstable , when i serching in my Expedía App for hotel to stay , i find this Hotel , because i like their ubication , i choosed the room that i want and like , offers breakfast , ..So to start , i bought my packages travel for my husband and me several month ago , so when the day is come , we checking in ,we know that we have to pay a city’s taxes witch in my receipt said $46.+ dollars they asked to pay 54 in euros.. right away he told me that we have no the privilegie to take breakfast in there , unless to pay 15 euros per persona each day..all because , we are taking an economic staying , (witch never it happened in other hotel ) then they given us a room witch i am not choosed in Expedía , i claimed and he just said it is what i have for i paid for… i don’t know if Expedía and Hotels have some kind treat , but i was dessapointed with this , make me think about it .. The Hotel not have elevator , in our room that they given to us , it doesn’t have enough shelves where you put your beloggins specially in the bathroom and very tiny screen as TV on the wall without exagerate. The treat to the Hindi man the was in recepción , was arrogant .

Excellent location. Lots of hot water, clean sheets/linens. Shabby room but a bit chic. No elevator and extremely narrow hallways. Hard to navigate with suitcase. I imagine Italy has different stds regarding exit in case of fire. Eliza who was there until 2pm was great. I arrived when no one was at desk and it was unpleasant.

Clean room, air conditioning, space, nice staff
