「The only thing that was a minor problem was access to WiFi. Although I was told there was WiFi available (which there was) I continued to be asked for a password which I was told was not needed. Just a minor inconvenience. Overall my stay was excellent and this property was very clean with professional and courteous staff.」
「The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.」
「Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast selections. It was very basic. Other than that I was very satisfied. And the beds were so comfortable. 」
