Enjoy spending time on the large back deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining area, overlooking the tranquil Eel Pond, a saltwater inlet with ocean access via kayak or shallow draft boat. After a long day exploring the area, come home to take a quick catnap on the porch, or gather your companions for the ultimate family cookout!

Be sure to pack your hiking shoes because the Bourne Conservation Trust Hiking Trails are a stone's throw from the property!
