Quando cheguei, não tinha ninguém para fazer o check in, tive que aguardar um tempo com minha família até aparecer alguém, depois, não localizaram minha reserva e ao final colocaram em 1 quarto sem fazer nenhum tipo de cadastro de ninguém da família, tudo largado e abandonado. Pra sair, novamente não tinha absolutamente ninguém na recepção, tive que largar a chave do quarto em cima do balcão, aguardamos 10 minutos e nada... Não indico a ninguém! Se puder evitar, fuja!

Precisa melhorar

A pousada é simples. Funcionários educados. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Toalhas de banho com cabelos, todas! Na primeira noite voltamos da rua e a água do chuveiro não esquentava. A funcionária havia desligado o disjuntor do boiler. Os portões da pousada ficam abertos a noite toda o que nos trouxe uma sensação de insegurança. Por fim, no anúncio o café da manhã é definido como continental mas se trata de um café da manhã simples.
