A pousada é excelente para quem busca sossego. Fica bem pertinho da praia, perto do certo (de carro). O quarto é simples, mas é bem confortável e organizado.

Der Preis war verlockend, aber die Pousada ist weit weg von allem in Buzios. Leider war das Zimmer auch eine volle Enttäuschung: Es roch furchtbar schlecht, die Bettlaken waren fleckig. Ambiente que te deixa em paz.

Funcionários excelentes, educados e muito prestativos, Bem localizado e de fácil acesso. O sinal de Wi-Fi pode melhorar pois oscila bastante, provável que o problema não sejam deles e sim do provedor, só tenho a agradecer pelo tempo em que eu e minha família estivemos lá, se eu voltar búzios um dia, certamente volto ao hotel.

Hotel com serviços a desejar

Chegamos ao hotel às 13.15 depois de nos perdermos à procura da pousada e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. No check-in não havia toalhas no quarto. Nos deram duas de banho ( ainda úmidas) e ficaram de completar com o pano de chão e toalhas de rosto, o que só aconteceu no dia seguinte. Limpeza do quarto só era realizada depois de meio-dia. Piscina com água turva. Só houve limpeza efetiva da piscina no fim de semana. Quarto com a cama encostada na parede, dificultando a entrada/saida da cama, ainda mais para pessoas idosas. Sauna que só funciona 1 vez por dia, de 18 às 19 horas. Tv com apenas 4 canais ( globo, sbt, record e bandeirantes). Únicas coisas boas no quarto, que funcionavam bem, eram o ar condicionado, o ventilador de teto e o frigobar.
