Boa experiência em Arraial do Cabo

Quarto confortável com vista incrível para prainha. Café da manhã ao estilo a la carte (devido à pandemia) muito saboroso e completo! Sol nasce às 5AM e café servido meio tardio, só às 7h30!!! Nesse novo modelo (pandemia) você é orientado à agendar horário para tomar o café da manhã entre 7h30 às 9h30. Infortúnio nosso que no primeiro dia mesmo tendo agendado não havíamos mesa preparada para o nosso apartamento e tivemos que esperar um pouco mais. Não entendemos muito bem o objetivo de não poder escolher uma mesa qualquer para tomar o café, já que observamos que todos do mesmo horário sempre estavam amontoados num mesmo lado, mesmo tendo um salão grande! A ideia é boa mas tem que separar mais os hóspedes. Sugerimos abrir exceção para flexibilizar horário do café pelo menos para quem possui reserva de passeios de barco no primeiro horário, infelizmente 1 dos 4 dias cancelamos o café para irmos ao passeio.

Equipe prestativa e vista linda!

Os funcionários do hotel foram prestativos a todo momento. O café da manhã é completo e muito gostoso. O estacionamento facilita bastante. O quarto master possui uma banheira de hidromassagem e vista para o mar. A localização do hotel é perfeita, ficando na beira da prainha, uma das melhores praias da região. O preço foi muito justo, comparamos com outros hotéis e sem dúvida este foi a melhor opção. Quando voltar à Arraial do Cabo com certeza ficaremos novamente no Ocean View.

Lindo, sencillo y cálido.

El hotel es simple, pero confortable. Tiene una vista privilegiada. El personal, altamente calificado, amable y eficiente. Los precios son accesibles. Si bien no hay mucho para hacer cerca (sin perjuicio de la playa, que es muy linda), los taxis cobran un monto fijo (que no es caro) y también se puede acceder a pie a lugares mas comerciales, al puerto para tomar las embarcaciones y a bares y restaurantes para cenar. Durante el día, hay paradores en la playa. Y el hotel brinda servicio de room service a buen precio.

viel zu lernen - plenty to learn

Arraial ist wunderschön - das Hotel liegt schön am Strand - wer hier gastiert sollte definitiv mit dem Auto, mit dem Taxi oder mit dem Boot zum Strand "Prainhas do pontal do atalaia" gehen/fahren. Das Hotel selbst ist leider nicht so schön, was aber hauptsächlich daran lag, dass wir in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster untergebracht waren und das obwohl das Hotel in der Winter-Nebensaison so gut wie leer war. Das nennt man dann wohl mangelnde Gastfreundlichkeit. Das WLAN kann man getrost wegwerfen. Das Frühstück ist annehmbar, der Orangensaft ist toll, der Kaffee blass. Arraial is beautiful - the hotel is ideally situated on the beach - who makes holidays here should definitely go by car, by taxi or by boat to the beach "Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia". Unfortunately, the hotel itself is not so nice, but mainly that was because we were staying in a room with no windows and that was despite the hotel was nearly empty in the winter-season. I call that lack of hospitality and for this room the price was too high. Despite there's no Wifi at all. The breakfast is acceptable, the orange juice is great, the coffee weak.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado ficando bem em frente a prainha. O estacionamento e bom e o quarto é todo reformado e novo. O problema são os travesseiros, a roupa de cama e as toalhas que são muito ruins. Além de terem um cheiro muito forte de lavanda ou amaciante.
