"It was a bit difficult to find as we arrived after dark and the address is the Grand Hotel - no sign saying Garden Accomodation. The staff were very welcoming and friendly."

"Lovely accommodation with clean & comfortable beds, clean bathroom & a well-stocked kitchen. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as there were some cobwebs in one bedroom and another web hanging from the rafter in another bedroom!A minor downside was the lack of wifi. I wasn’t able to access my emails (sent at 3am on the day of checkout) for checkout instructions. That wasn’t a big issue but a better idea would be to leave a printed version in the folder on the table."

"It's was an amazing experience.Place was clean with a rustic look.Would really have the fire pit at the backyard. For a little privacy. We didn't use the firepit as it was raining.But we friends had an amazing weekend "

"We stayed here between Christmas and NY and despite the rainy weather had a lovely time. The house is comfortable and kitted out with everything you need. It's a quirky place and we enjoyed playing a bit of pool, the video games and the kids loved exploring the large garden with our dog. It's a great base to go walking from or head back into Warburton (only a short drive)."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We relaxed completely at River Song. The river is just steps away and it is only a short walk into town. The deep spa bath was a highlight and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Di was beyond helpful and so delightful to deal with."

"Stayed here overnight along the Great Victorian Rail Trail and it was lovely. The place is closed on Mondays so I received a text with all check in information etc which was easy to follow. Room was lovely, shower pressure amazing. It would be nice to have sugar for the coffee, but that's a minor issue. Takeaways a few minutes walk for dinner and overall glad I stayed here."
