「This is far from the city so I booked this place after spending 2 days in downtown. The cottages are very private but so inconvenient if you want to go to the pool. It was a hike to get to the pool, also, unfortunately we had a post op family member, so she was not able to go. The pool was not maintained, paint in the pool was chipping and the water was murky. It was dirty(green), The post did not mention that the beach in their location was not swimmable. I was told I have to rent a boat to get...

However, my daughter was bitten by what appears to be bed bug bites all over her leg, feet and arms. We had 2 rooms booked, but she stayed at 3106. Her bed was closest to the double doors. We’d like to notify the hotel to investigate/remedy the issue so it does not happen to other guests.」
