We had some negative surprises, such asOne of the bed mattresses was very uncomfortable.The front door lock did not work, and it took many calls to reach someone to help access at checkin.Although the listing advertised that a dryer, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, they were actually not. So after 24 hours of travel, and delayed entry, we had to figure out where to go buy necessities.It was also very hot at night, and no fans were available. Opening...

"Super close to Disneyland, about 15 minute uber ride to the park. Check-in was a little tough due to the time constraints of checking in (only 8-10pm) and since we did not have cell phone service we ended up needing the police to assist us to find the unit and communicate with the host. The host and their family are super nice and kind! We appreciated their hospitality during our stay."
