Two additional bedrooms each offer plush double beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two king single beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. All beds feature new, high-quality mattresses and pillows to ensure restful sleep for all.
The heart of the home is its sunlit, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The home is centrally air-conditioned and includes a wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy on cooler nights, while huge windows provide natural light and lush garden views year-round. Step outside to the alfresco area, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for kids and pets. Yes, we're pet friendly!
The garage is for guest use and features a Tesla EV charger (V3) that works with all EVs.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
Please note that there is a wood-burner available for your use in winter months, firewood is not supplied.
Pets allowed - but due to council regulations can not be left unattended at any time. No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
