서면1번가 인접 숙소로 바로 위층엔 CGV가 있어서 머무는 동안 다같이 심야영화 관람도 했네요. 주차장은 있지만 협소하고 건물입점업체 전체가 쓰는 공간이라 차는 안 가지고 오시는 것이 편할 듯합니다. 객실은 청결하고 실내비품은 잘 갖춰져 있어서 편하게 잘 묵었습니다.

몇 차례 이용했지만 너무 훌륭한 숙소인 것 같습니다. 다만 도심에 있어서 그런지 소음은 좀 있네요. 늦은 시간에는 밖에 나가지 않기를 권합니다.

交通、飲食、購物都方便的優質住宿

這次入住3人房, 房間大小合適, 整體清潔也很好. 飯店位於大樓的7樓, 有公用的廚房/廁所/洗衣間. 附近飲食購物都很方便, 走路到西面站大約7-10分鐘, 拿行李的話直接走到樂天百貨就有電梯可以下樓到西面站, 不用搬行李走樓梯. 附近有多個公車站, 坐公車比電車更方便. 房間在馬路邊隔音不是太好, 但不開窗又拉上窗簾的情況下, 音量還算可以接受

매우 만족합니다 :) 생긴지 얼마 안된 건물이라 그런지 건물이 아주 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다 큰 방이 아니었는데도 지내는데 부족함이 없었습니다 바닥은 카펫 재질이라 고급스럽고 안락했고, 내부 인테리어도 꽤 괜찮았습니다! 저는 욕실을 매우매우 중요하게 생각하는데 욕실 인테리어가 깔끔했고, 매우 청결했습니다(타일 사이사이에 곰팡이가 없음). 사용자에 대해 많이 고려했다는 느낌이 들었어요. 욕실에는 화장품과 씻을 용품을 둘 공간이 충분했고, 화장실 밖 작은 선반이 있어서 갈아입은 옷과 수건을 둘 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 화장대엔 작지만 거울이 있고 입구에 큰 거울이 있어서 외출할때 좋았습니다. 충전기를 대여해주는 것도 좋았어요. 시티뷰이지만 창이 아주 커서 햇살이 많이 들어와 아침에 기분좋게 일어날 수 있었습니다. 엄청 고급스럽다고 할 수는 없지만, 가격대비 합리적이고 깔끔하고, 기분좋은 숙소였어요!

친구끼리 가기 적당한 숙소

숙소 전반적으로 굉장히 만족, <건물> 서면 번화가에 위치해 있어 대중 교통과 문화시설, 음식점들에 대한 접근성이 좋음. 다만 번화가를 싫어하는 사람은 비추천. 근처에 술집이 많고 건물 자체가 복합 문화 시설이라 엘리베이터앞에 사람이 매우많음. 처음 1층(사거리쪽) 입구로 들어온뒤 엘리베이터에 사람이 너무 많다면 그대로 직진하면 호텔층 까지만 운행하는 앨리베이터가 있음. 거긴 사람들이 많이 안 쓰기 때문에 거기를 쓰는게 빠르게 이동 할 수 있음. <방음> 양 옆방의 소음도 거의 모를 정도, 다만 창문을 통해 들어오는 차량 배기음 같은 큰 소음은 차폐가 안됨. 사람들 말소리 정도는 작게 들릴정도, 또한 단층 숙박시설이라 층간 소음은 아예 없었음. <서비스> 처음 체크인시 어메니티도 인원수 만큼 제공해주고, 자연친화적인 제품을 사용하려함. 청소도 깔끔하게 해주어 처음 방에 입장했을때 악취나 눈에 띄는 오염은 없었음. 화장실 역시 아주 깨끗이 관리되어있음. 또한 숙박 시 2박마다 침구류 및 수건을 교체 해주기 때문에 수건이 모자르거나 침구류 오염을 걱정할 필요가 없어 좋음. 호텔에 5천원 지불하면 코인 세탁소를 사용할 수 있었기 때문에 장기 숙박 시 세탁 문제도 없을듯. 추가로 공용주방이 마련되어 있고 이용시간이 널널해 새벽에 약간 출출한 시간에도 사용가능(새벽 3시~4시 사용금지 시간 있음.) <객실> 객실 상태는 전반적으로 양호 했으나, 패브릭 소재 가구의 오염이 있었고, 객실 입구에 현관이 따로 마련되어 있지 않아 생활공간의 바닥이 카페트로 마감된 객실을 맨발로 다니기에는 신발의 오염이 발에 묻을 가능성 있음. 실내화를 지급해주나 일회용이라 내구성은 그닥. 따로 실내화를 지참 하는 편이 좋을듯. 또 인원수 때문에 벙커형 침대가 딸린 객실을 썼는데 침대 매트리스가 아주 편했음 배개도 적당한 높이, 다만 이불이 두껍고 무거운 이불이라 호불호 갈릴 수 있음. 나는 선호하는 편이라 괜찮았음. 내가 묵은 객실의 건식 화장실이 샤워를 하면 물이 사방으로 튐 사진의 세면대 까지 물이 넘어와 고일 정도, 배수는 잘되나 앞 사람이 샤워한 뒤에 쓴다면 물기가 불편하긴 할 듯. 따로 물막이가 포함된 샤워 부스 형태 였다면 좋았을 듯. 화장실에 비치된 수건은 질이 좋은 수건이였고, 이 역시 인원수에 맞게 준비 해줌. 어매니티로 준비되어 있는 샴푸/린스/바디워서 제품을 각각 구비 해주는데, 대용량이라 넉넉히 써도 좋았고 향도 무난한 제품, 아이 허브 제품 이였는데 제품 명은 자세히 모르겠음. <총평> 개인적으로 부산에 다시 갈일이 생긴다면 또 예약 할 듯. 다만 상기한 단점만 개선해준다면 최고, 연인보단 친구와 여행갈 때 더 좋은 곳인듯.

So clean and great service. I had a water leak in my room which was no fault of the hotel and they quickly moved me to a different room and offered their apologies. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and great amenities to use in the bathroom and in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

호텔이라고 하기에는 시설이 좀... 제가 기대한만큼의 퀄리티는 아닙디다. 방과 화장실 사이에 문의 없고, 6층의 화장실은 다리가 펴기 힘들 정도로 공간이 좁았습니다. 해운대 비치가 가까운 것 말고는 호텔의 메리트는 없습니다
