From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I especially appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt after a long day out. The hotel is also in a fantastic location – surrounded by plenty of food options, cafés, and shops, all within easy walking distance. It made getting meals or doing a bit of shopping incredibly convenient. 金海空港からタクシーで約10分～15分(日本円1100円位)の距離で電車でも来れる。 西面のロッテや釜山のロッテ、国際市場等へのタクシー代は日本円で1100～1300円ほどです。 ホテル周辺は夜の飲食街的な店が多くコンビニは斜め前にあり非常に便利。 ホテル朝食は韓国の朝食が提供されます。苦手な方は徒歩２分の所にロッテリアにキングバーガー、サブウェイのファーストフード店があります。 フロントには日本語対応スタッフがいますし、サービス面はとても良いです。 変換プラグや充電コードの貸し出しもしてくれます。 アメニティは髭剃り、綿棒、くし、ボディシャワータオルなどフロントデスクの横に用意されていて困りません。 室内は浴槽、洗浄機付きトイレがあります。 なぜかバスタオルは１枚しか常備されませんので必要な場合はリクエストしましょう。 ペットボトルの水は２本あり毎日補充してもらえます。 視聴できるTV番組は100以上ありますが日本人向けはNHKのみです。 気になるところはEVホールや廊下通路にエアコン設備がないので夏は暑いです。 総合的には良いホテルでリピートありです。

今回は出張先のホテルとして滞在。部屋も広くのんびりと過ごすことが出来ました。浴槽のお湯を溜めるのに少し時間は掛かりましたが料金以上の快適さがありました。ホテルマンさんがアップグレードしてくれた部屋も快適でした。釜山に行く際はまたここのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Good stay. Comfortable room. They offered me a plug adapter which helped a lot. They helped with calling me a cab in the morning and the breakfast looked nice although I didn't get to try it. The room was nice. If I had any complaint it is the bed as hard as a rock. But that may be more common in Asia and appreciated by some. I found the phone hard to use to call down to the front desk as a foreigner trying to use a Korean phone. If foreigners use this hotel for business more translations might be helpful.
