"This hotel was in a fabulous location. It was very close to the city center, and across the street from a plaza that hosted restaurants and extended outdoor eating. Very cool. It is close to many transit lines. The place is very clean and has a functional kitchenette. Laundry facilities are on site. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available all day. If I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay there again."

"I had the most amazing stay in this wonderfully located hotel. Everything is within walking distance and so easy. Staff was great as well. But especially Azziz from the (late night team) front desk who stood out amazingly with his distinct professionnalism. Anything you asked, he simply went above and beyond! This person should be in management level for his genuine and profound understanding of customer service and his great leadership in handling any matter. Thank you."
