New, spotless rooms. Clean spa, attentive staff. Really good breakfast. Checkout took a bit long because they had to go check what was consumed at the minibar. I thought it was weird, but I wasn't in a rush.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. Great location. Food variety is excellent and club lounge area is one of the best. Reception staff are friendly and helpfull. I had a great stay in this hotel. Thanks to all the staff members for making this stay enjoyable. Highly recommended hotel. And would definitly like to repeat the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The place was super clean and had a luxurious vibe, which made it really comfortable. It’s also in a great spot, really close to shopping, so everything was within easy reach. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience!

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and professional atmosphere that immediately sets a high standard for your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy elegance. Discrimination and Unacceptable Service at Sherato

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in five-star hotels across the globe, I have come to appreciate and expect a high level of professionalism, hospitality, and guest care—especially from internationally recognized hotel chains like Sheraton. I am also a regular guest at Sheraton Bursa, where I typically stay with my family in Executive Deluxe rooms, believing that the hotel offers a dependable standard of comfort and service. Over the years, I have chosen Sheraton Bursa not only for its convenient location and comfortable amenities but because I believed the staff were well-trained to serve with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has shaken that trust entirely. This review is not written lightly. What I experienced during my stay was not just a matter of poor service, but a deeply unsettling encounter marked by unprofessionalism, lack of basic etiquette, emotional distress, and most troubling of all—discrimination. I feel obligated to share the details of what happened, not only to express my disappointment but also to help ensure that other guests—especially loyal ones—are not subjected to similar treatment. Even more disheartening is the fact that this was not the first time I have encountered problematic behavior at this property. However, I chose to give the hotel another chance in good faith. Regrettably, the events that unfolded during this most recent stay have led me to cut my trip short, reconsider future stays, and report t

Excellent service in a very comfortable setting. Staff were helpful and attentive. We traveled with a pet and the hotel provided a very comfortable dog bed. The nearby Kenti Parki was also perfect for walking and recreation.

I wouldn’t consider this a five-star property. The curtains came down when I lightly touched them, which reflects poor maintenance. Despite being assigned a non-smoking room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Overall, I would rate this as a four-star property rather than a true five-star hotel.
