"Like that it was very clean & quiet. Air Condition was a little noisy. Bed was comfortable. Was happy to get an early checkin around 1pm as had a wedding to attend 2:45pm that day. Also, recommended to several family members who joined us at the Colonial House Motel. Was able to sit outside the following morning with our coffee and enjoy the sunshine which is a plus. Neighbous were friendly. I would use and recommend your motel again. All was good."

"We love staying at the Perth Parkside hotel. The rooms are beautiful and bright, the bed is very comfortable, and the adjacent park is a rare gem. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we also enjoyed the food and drink. Highly recommend for a weekend in Perth!"

"Property is clean and full of features. Nice kitchen, plenty of supplies. Layout lets multiple families be together or apart, as needs be. Great views of lake. Plenty of dock space for fishing, swimming, or space for our 20 foot boat. Locks are now free, and a 30 minute boat ride to Westport is even more fun.Plenty of privacy, and a short trip into Portland for shopping or boating services or supplies.We love this vacation and hope to keep coming back."

"My family absolutely loved our stay. The main house open concept was fabulous. Plenty of room for my family of 11. The large windows showcased the stunning view. The walk to the dock was extremely convenient and short. The dock itself was extra wide, which was a bonus. My Grandchildren had a blast swimming in the lake. The fishing was excellent! Every single one of my family members caught several bass every day. I would highly recommend booking this cozy lake house. We want to go back!!!!!!!!!!"
