"The beds very very comfortable! I usually always have a backache when I sleep on a hotel mattress but that didn’t happen with this hotel. The pool had a very strong chlorine smell so we didn’t get in. The breakfast was not the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had but it was ok. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay again."

"One front desk staff member that checked me in needed to have much better grooming skills, his shoulder length hair was all in his face, didn’t look washed, and not even pulled back or brushed. 👎, The other front desk staff member was the opposite, Very welcoming, giving me a call to my room that I had left my Credit Card at the front desk, when I came down to retrieve it, he had a glass of champagne and my card, also giving me directions to a shop close by to get a charger for my phone. Excellent service! The hotel and my room were very nice and clean, Something that always stands out and showcases a Luxury Hotel. Very nice"
