This beautiful two-story log cabin is nestled on 5 acres with lots of shade trees and privacy.  This home has a pool & hot tub and is very close to the lake! This would be a great place for a large family.  Redtown is on Log Country Cove property & is managed by Log Country Cove with 20+ years of five star hospitality in the Kingsland area.  Non-motorized items included in your stay.

Relaxing family time

We had such a great time. Family gathered to celebrate a 2020 graduation. And, it was relaxing and stress free during this Covid pandemic. We created fun memories in a safe environment. The home was perfect for us.

This house and pool and the commons area lakeside are all perfect for our family. There is so much to do and plenty of comfortable spaces for gathering and for retreating to your own space to relax.This year we took two more adjacent homes for our extended family and had a wonderful family reunion with 28 people.The management was so responsive and accommodating as alwaysWe had a blast and everyone wants to make this an annual celebration at Log Country Cove. You only needed to bring food, paper products and toiletries because the cabin has everything else. The pool and jacuzzi were great to hang out it. Everyone was comfortable and slept great. We were planning trips back before we even left. It’s a great place for a little getaway to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The lake was great too. The home was clean and the staff were great. We’ll have to bring a boat next time. Again, can’t wait to go back. 10/10 recommend.

There is plenty of room to spread out for lazy naps and great common areas for eating and playing and SWIMMING! The kitchen has two of everything— ovens, refrigerators, coffee pots etc.Very comfortable and very clean. Only one scorpion seen and killed!The common areas at the lake are well-maintained, shady, and fun!

Hill Country Getaway

Great Friends & Family Getaway

We had an amazing time! The house was a wonderful setup for multiple families, and the shared amenities were an excellent bonus. So much fun had by all ages - adults to 4 years old. Kitchen was amazingly stocked for a rental property. The home seemed well maintained and overall clean. The only issues we had with the property was there were a lot of bugs/crickets in the house, but nothing harmful. We had some issues with the hot tub, but they let us know up front and were quick to come resolve them even over the weekend. Wonderful support from the team! Thanks for a great stay - we look forward to coming back in years to come as we continue our Labor Day tradition!

Large dining room table allowed for everyone to eat together. Property manager was very responsive to questions. It would have gotten 5 stars except for the following: Wi-Fi was not reliable, hot tub jets not working, no hairdryers, no pool towels, only one garbage bag provided for trash, remote for pool and spa did not work.

The house and pool are perfect for our large family and we will be back again.We did find a couple of scorpions indoors and the refrigerator on the right seems to not get cold enough. Love it that there are two refrigerators, but please check on that one.
