Disappointed. The hotel is getting tired and needs a little uplift. I.e. worn carpets in elevators. The refreshment bar on our floor needed attention—espresso/coffee machine need not work properly; carbonated water did not work. We have stayed previously and enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean. Staff was nice. A little upset that we paid extra for a lake view to have big buildings in the way of the lake view... Close by things downtown/ within walking distance.
