The location is great, but unfortunately, the stay wasn’t worth the price. The rooms were clean but need some TLC. We stayed on a floor that used the south elevators, which has six in total, but only three were working, and one had broken lights, making it completely dark inside. The wait times were terrible from the 10th floor, it sometimes took nearly 30 minutes to get an elevator. At one point, we made the mistake of taking the stairs. The stairwell was dirty, with trash, and honestly felt unsafe. It even looked like people might have been staying in the lower levels. After finally reaching the bottom, we realized we were locked behind an emergency exit door, surrounded by very poor and unsanitary conditions. It’s alarming that this is the same stairwell guests would have to use in an actual emergency. Great location but I won’t be staying here again.

Swimmers drop out into the pool after sliding through the fish tank. Very nice pool but a bit small for the number of visitor that can be seated but most are there for the sun and people watching anyway.
