「I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.」

「Overall a great home in a fantastic neighborhood. We were in the home for 5 days and really enjoyed the home. The biggest negative, which is very minor, the dryer always took 3-4 cycles before any size load would dry. So if you’re there long enough to need it just plan accordingly and you’ll be fine. Otherwise I don’t think the posting does this property justice.」
